Distillery Information
The Two Lasses place great importance on the fact that the distilling process begins from scratch, here in England. In other words, they use 100% molasses to create their own spirit rather than importing liquid from the Caribbean or elsewhere. A super-premium triple distillation process is then applied using traditional copper stills where out of the 200 litres of liquid that start the process only 25 litres make it to become their satisfyingly warm and full flavoured rum.
