Planteray Xaymaca Special Dry Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Complex and inviting with notes of overripe banana, flambéed pineapple, herbal sourness, vanilla, and hints of cooked banana and bitter orange peel.
Palate: A dry yet fruity explosion featuring floral notes of rose water, ripe pineapple, white grape, pear, and sugar apple. Layers of coconut milk, balsam, allspice, and nuts emerge, adding depth and complexity.
Finish: A lingering dry finish with a subtle smokiness and the distinctive fruity funk that Jamaican rums are famous for.
