Distillery Information

Back in 2018 Rob & Maria started Llanfairpwll Distillery Ltd (Anglesey Rum Co’s parent company) a craft distillery on the Isle of Anglesey set up to create small batch spirits using influences from the Island in every bottle. After a very successful few years running Llanfairpwll Distillery they decided to set up a new brand called ‘Anglesey Rum Co’ which produces, imports, blends and bottles rums. With the main emphasis being on producing their own rum from pure cane molasses using various traditional and modern methods. Our rum is made from premium pure cane molasses, left to ferment with with pure Welsh Water and yeast for around 7 days, this is then run through our 300litre pot still, for the second run we use our 100l pot still.
