La Luna Temporada de Lluvia Ancestral Joven Mezcal is made from wild agave and the process is overseen by a designated “master mezcalero.” It is fermented for at least 12 days and then distilled twice in clay pots. The artisanal mezcal is aged for up to a year in a traditional underground cave. The result is a clear liquid with a smoky aroma and sweet taste.
