Nose: This spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with upfront spices showing exactly like the nose.
Palate: The additional flavor of deeply cooked caramel and a light finish of sarsaparilla.

Distillery Information
Koloa rums are named for the Koloa plantation in Hawaii founded in 1835. Koloa Rum Company claims the distinction of being the first licensed distillery on the island of Kauai in 2009 on the former site of Kukui. They distill their rums in copper pot still batch fashion using local sugar cane and blended with volcanic spring water.
