JM Millesime 2004 15 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: “First under the charm of delicate notes of fruit in the brandy, we succumb to the combined alliance of vanilla, cocoa and mocha.”
Palate: “We are seduced by roasted coffee flavors, complemented by gourmet notes of toast on a woody background. At the end, you can detect a thin tip of tobacco.”
Finish: A finish that reinforces roasted, woody and jammy notes.
Distillery Information
In 1845, the daughters of Antoine Leroux-Préville sold the property to Jean-Marie Martin, a merchant in Saint-Pierre and husband of Marie Ferment, daughter of a major planter on the island. He gave an essential boost to the sugar factory by transforming it into a distillery.
