The folks behind Grand Kadoo have gone ahead and made their own Carinval Coconut expression, combining its cracking Caribbean rum with the eponymous drupe (not a nut, despite… Well, despite being called coconut). Great served simply over ice, and goes handsomely with pineapple juice, too.
