A rather sweet, vanilla-forward gin produced by Corner 53 in the South Downs, made with a combination of Canadian maple syrup (certainly not a botanical you see every day!), orange, sarsaparilla and other gin botanicals. We’ll be interested to see the concoctions you lot are able to create with this one.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
