Writer’s Tears is a complex, traditional Irish whiskey that balances the flavors of fruit, wood, and smoke. We craft this whiskey by combining our signature pot still whiskey with a unique Japanese Mizunara oak cask. After aging in these casks for a minimum of four years, the whiskey is bottled and matured for an additional two years. Our goal is to create a whiskey that embodies the flavors of the Irish countryside.
