William Kerr’s Borders Gin is a 100% handcrafted gin that was distilled in a Carter-Head still with a copper basket that suspends the botanicals (juniper, angelica, coriander, liquorice, cassia and more) in the vapour of the original spirit. The Scottish gin was named after the accomplished botanist from Hawick who became a gardener at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, London.
