Description
This wheat whiskey is made with local, organic wheat milled on site and distilled in a copper pot still. It ages for about a year in charred oak casks. The distillery is named in honor of Philip Wigle, a German farmer and key player of the Whiskey Rebellion of 1791. Although he would have pronounced his name as “Vigol” the distillery pronounces it as “Wiggle” Distillery.
