Nose: Earthy vanilla pod with the first wafts of drying, oaky smoke, followed by a touch of green apple.

Palate: Flamed orange and a little drizzle of honey, milk chocolate, toasted cedar.

Finish: A final touch of peppercorn develops on the finish.
