Appropriately naming his creation after the sole grape it is made from, his 100% Assyrtiko is produced from organic grapes grown near the Thracian Sea, resulting in a wine with superior aromas and flavors.

Vourvoukeli Assyrtiko White Wine Tasting Notes

Nose: Basil, lemongrass, and asparagus flavors along with white flowers followed by rich aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, guava as well as green gooseberry, tart quince and ripe citrus.

Palate: Dry on the palate, with high acidity and full body.

Finish: Long aftertaste.
