Viticulture : Organic and Biodynamic (certified) Vinification : Ten days’ carbonic maceration for each variety in stainless steel tank, gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, no oenological corrections. One year aging on fine lees in stainless steel tank, blending one month before bottling, no added sulfur.
