The Transcontinental Rum Line is a rum production company based in Jamaica. Founded in 2012, the company is dedicated to producing premium rums from the Caribbean and beyond. Their rums are made from a blend of molasses and tropical fruits, and are aged in bourbon and white oak barrels. The company has released several award-winning expressions, including their flagship Transcontinental Rum Line Jamaica, a blend of pot and column still rums that are aged for five years in oak barrels. Other expressions include their Transcontinental Rum Line Barbados, a blend of pot and column still rums that are aged for three to four years in oak barrels; and their Transcontinental Rum Line Panama, a blend of pot and column still rums that are aged for four to five years in oak barrels. The rums are bottled without added sugar, color, or additives, and have been praised for their complex flavor profiles.
