It is the oldest expression from the distillery and has been aged for 40 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whisky has an ABV of 42.90% and is presented in a beautiful hand-blown decanter with a stopper. It has a complex aroma of dried fruit, spice and oak and a smooth, sweet taste with notes of honey, nuts and sherry. The finish is long and warming with a hint of spice. This is a rare and special whisky that is sure to impress any whisky connoisseur or collector.
