NOSE:

• Baked fruits and caramelized sugar
• Cherry liqueur, maple, sweet corn
• Raisins, dried figs and tobacco leaf
• Slightly smokey, candied orange peel
• Bittersweet chocolate, brown butter 
• Thai basil and lemon thyme, nutmeg

TASTE:

• Honey, cinnamon hard candy, raisin jam, spiced tea, popcorn butter, vanilla, pie crust, orange blossom honey
• Caramel, black pepper, fireplace smoke, poached fruit

FINISH: Lightly herbal with smoked fruits and medium warm finish
