Another amazing line from Master Distiller Felipe Camarena, Terralta is produced at nom 1579, home to G4 and Seleccion 1579 Blanco. The Terralta blanco is a clean, well crafted tequila with green vegetal notes like fresh jalapeno balanced notes of cooked agave and white pepper. The agave is picked only at peak maturity before its roasted in brick ovens and crushed with a traditional stone tahona. It’s perfect for sipping but will obviously make excellent cocktails if you’re so inclined.
Terralta Blanco Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: A strong, fresh agave nose.
Palate: Anise, orange peel, soft cinnamon and black pepper heat, fresh agave.
Finish: Super clean and a wonderful aftertaste.
