From the Staibano range comes Positano Gin, which is based on a recipe created by Don Vincenzo in the 1950s. It features the wonderful combo of rosemary and Amalfi lemons among its botanical, alongside a secret recipe of… Well, secret botanicals. Following distillation, Amalfi lemon oil is added to really bolster those citrusy notes, making this a great choice for refreshing summery beverages.
Distillery Information
Casa Staibano spirits company was founded by Cesco Amodio in 2015, inspired by his charismatic Great-Grandfather, Don Vincenzo Staibano, who owned lemon groves on the Amalfi Coast and started making sweet liqueurs and spirits in the 1930s. Positano Gin is based on a recipe created by Don Vincenzo in the 1950s for his wife, Lucia, who was born in Positano and requested a stronger, less sweet concoction.
