Nose: Rich, fruity, sweet and spicy, a true sherry maturation for this Society release. With notes of dried prunes, dates and figs, a dusting of cocoa powder and aromas of warming spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove characteristics with the citrus tang of orange marmalade.
Palate: Sticky ginger cake and zesty orange marmalade. Creamy and jammy but with a peppery, BBQ smoky edge. Enduring rich fruit and spice characteristics.
