An early 2019 release of 12 year old cask strength single malt from Springbank! These releases are always a treat, showing off the powerful flavour profile of Springbank’s malt brilliantly. This time, the distillers have deviated from their usual cask recipe, drawing 50% of the whisky from bourbon casks and 50% from sherry casks (previous editions have been aged in 30% bourbon casks and 70% sherry casks).
