Similar to their vodka, Spring 44 Gin is made from what they describe as a “proprietary blend of American-grown grain.” The infusions are described as floral, citrus zest, and juniper–the floral implies a bit of a modern flavor profile but for the moment we have opted to list it as a classic dry style gin. (In a favorable review by the Gin Sin, they descibe it as something in between a classic and modern gin.).
