Savanna Creol 52 Batch #1 | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Vegetal and sweet notes in harmony with a clearly perceptible fruitiness and floral.
Palate: In agreement with the nose, quite greedy, slightly liquorice and aniseed.
Finish: Length that retains the subtlety of the mouth and the sweetness of the cane juice.
Distillery Information
The Domaine de Savanna company was founded in 1876. In 1916, Anatole Hugot and Frédéric de Villèle took over the business. The distillery consisted of seven fermentation vats, two wooden casks and a still. Between 1948 and 1950, Emile Hugot modernized the distillery and enhanced its know-how.
