This handcrafted London dry gin from Roundwood was inspired by the woodlands that surround the distillery in Cambridgeshire (in a building that was formerly a barn). It took two years of experimenting to settle on the final recipe, which includes botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, elderflower and elderberries.

Roundwood Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Rich, velvety smooth and mouthcoating. Think juniper berries dusted in icing sugar with more of those earthy forest notes resting in the background, and a touch of aniseed.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
