A ceramic bottle of 15 year old Rosebank. Sadly closed in 1993, the distillery was known for producing a richer and more complex style than it’s Lowland neighbours and bottlings are much sought after. We estimate this was bottled in the 1970s.

Nose: Some floral and malty hints.
Palate: There is a much greater presence of peat in the taste than the nose suggests. The smokiness quickly hits the palate and then tapers off.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
Distillery Information
The Rosebank distillery is situated in Camelon on the banks of the Forth and Clyde canal between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Its name originated after the roses which grew along the banks of the canal.
