Centenario 25 is a blend of rums aged in white American oak for up to 25 years in a traditional solera system. Only very slightly sweeter than the 18, this rum has a dynamic and earthy flavor profile highlighting ginger root, ginger snaps, pressed green apple, eucalyptus oil, hints of camphor, menthol, and herbaceous lemongrass. The finish shows Bartlett pears in syrup, crème de cassis, jasmine green tea, and a balanced tannic cask presence. Superb neat or with spring water.

The Centenario distillery is located at 1200 meters altitude in a barren mountain landscape of volcanic soil. This fertile landscape gives Ron Centenario its unique flavor. The Ron Centenario has been produced here for over 50 years.
