This is a compote-dominated red with raspberry fool and candied strawberries. Full-bodied and round with plenty of ripe fruit and sturdy tannins. Drink now.
Wine Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red. The nose is intense with aromas of dark plums, chocolate, spices and grilled herbs. Clean mineral notes frame the finish and confer an attractive element of freshness. Perfect with roast beef and mid-aged cheeses.
15% Sangioveto, 45% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
