The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (Spring Mountain District) is unusually deep and quite potent, yet it also retains a measure of silkiness that is palpable. Dark red/purplish fruit, blood orange, mocha, espresso and dried flowers all race cross the palate. This virile Spring Mountain Cabernet delivers the goods. Drinking Window 2025-2033.
