It’s a blanco Tequila from Reserva del Señor, a range of agave-based deliciousness that dates all the way back to the 1940s. Interestingly, despite being a blanco expression, it was allowed to rest for 2 months in oak before bottling, helping to mellow and develop the spirit’s flavour profile.

Nose: The aroma is agave, citrus, and vanilla with a floral backing.
Palate: Oily walnut, spearmint, peppery heat, a touch of earthy vanilla sweetness.
Finish: Fairly long finish.
