Our journey begins by aging the tequila in American oak barrels for a full year. We then divide the batch, with half maturing further in new American oak and the other half in new French oak from the forests of Allier, France, for an additional year. This unique two-step aging process results in a tequila of extraordinary depth and character.
Upon pouring, you’ll notice its rich, dark amber color. The aroma is a complex bouquet of cooked agave, warm spice, and delicate floral notes, intensified beyond our silver expression. The double barreling imparts a remarkably smooth texture and a sophisticated profile that balances the agave’s natural sweetness with layers of oak.
