Psychopomp Single Origin Coffee Digestif | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of roasted coffee and hint of chocolate.

Palate: Rich, almost creamy fresh espresso notes, roasted coffee beans and a slight undertone of dark chocolate.

Finish: Bitter sweet on the smooth finish.

Distillery Information

Psychopomp is a small, independent, carbon neutral Micro-Distillery based in an old grocery shop on St Michaels hill, Bristol. They use handmade 30L copper pot stills to produce gin in small batches, using a single shot method. They produce their signature gin recipe ‘WODEN’ alongside limited edition seasonal recipes and bespoke batches for local independent restaurants/producers/businesses. They also produce a variety of other spirits as unique as each of their gins; the first British Aqvavit, a Parisian style Absinthe and single origin coffee digestif!
