Project #173 Dubai Chocolate Rum | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Marzipan leads the charge, with notes of creamy, boozy tiramisu. Chocolate mousse and hints of pistachio cookies develop in time, backed by vanilla, butterscotch, and Bakewell Tart.
Palate: Syrupy layers of silky chocolate, candied almonds, and pistachio ice cream are backed by sweet notes of frangipane, buttery pastry, and sticky baklava. Cherries soaked in liqueur, and chocolate marzipan nestle beneath.
Finish: Crème caramel, burnt custard, choc chip muffins, cannoli, maple pastries, far off ginger, and a smidge of Nesquik.
