A mysterious single malt here from Douglas Laing’s Old Particular indie bottling range. No hints to which distillery produced it. Well, actually, there’s one hint. It’s from Orkney. Otherwise, no hints! The whisky was distilled back in October 2007, and aged in a refill hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled up in September 2020, with an outturn of 369 bottles.
