An exciting limited edition expression from the Piston distillery, Douglas Fir Gin was created in a collaboration with Harborne Kitchen in Birmingham. The recipe was inspired by restaurant owner and chef Jamie Desogus, and infusesPiston Dry Gin with Douglas Fir. The result is a fresh, foresty and somewhat wintery spirit, that does well with a slice of pink grapefruit on the side.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
