Nose: The nose is super-soft, a curiously abstracted bourbon that offers notes of vanilla wafers over vanilla, peanut brittle over peanut shell, and egg cream over pure chocolate.
Palate: Notes of honey, nougat, chocolate wafers, and Almond Roca.

Peg Leg Porker is a BBQ restaurant located in Nashville, TN owned by Pitmaster Carey Bringle who lost his leg to cancer at a young age; hence the name. Bringle says, after the whiskey is taken from its barrels, it is filtered through hickory creating the signature flavor and color. BBQ fans and bourbon fans will love this whiskey. 8+ year whiskey, 8 year age statement on the label.
