Palenqueros Juan Hernandez 70 Anniversary Mezcal Tasting Note
Nose: Ripe berry and cooked agave on the nose with caramel-toffee, green vegetal flavors, lemon oil and dry white wood smoke.
Palate: The palate brings forth baked tropical fruits and wood smoke with white pepper, berry reduction and cooked agave.
Finish: The finish fades quickly from sweet and fruity into spice and smoke.
