A mysterious indie single malt from an undisclosed distillery on Orkney! Or perhaps not so mysterious, as there are only two distilleries on the island. Anyway, this whisky was distilled at one of them in 1999, and left in a single hogshead for a couple of decades. In 2019, it was bottled at 20 years old for Alistair Walker’s Infrequent Flyers series, with 303 bottles released at 52.1% ABV.
