This fabulous liqueur was produced in the village of Ilmington in the Cotswolds, by the appropriately named Spirit of Ilmington! Making use of the abundance of orchards in the area, apple cider is distilled and infused with botanicals to create the gin base which goes into this liqueur. The addition of rhubarb and ginger makes this a smashing little tipple, reminiscent of a fresh rhubarb crumble!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
