This product is a limited edition, small batch uncut and unfiltered straight bourbon whiskey from PCS Distilling Company’s Nulu line. It is bottled at cask strength, meaning that it is bottled at the same strength as it was when removed from the barrel or cask. This whiskey is made from a mash of corn, barley, and rye, and is aged for at least four years in new oak barrels. The whiskey is then bottled at its full cask strength, meaning that it is not watered down or filtered prior to bottling. This whiskey is full-bodied with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. It is an excellent sipping whiskey that can also be used in cocktails.
