We’ve got the 11th batch of Nc’nean’s Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky right here, folks! This popular expression from the exciting distillery in the Highlands is made with organic Scottish barley, which goes through a gentle fermentation and distillation, building some fruit-forward notes in the spirit. Following that, it gets matured in a combo of STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and bourbon casks, further developing those fruity notes alongside creamy vanilla, toasty spices, and more. Plus, the bottles are both very handsome and made with 100% recycled glass!
Nc’nean Organic Single Malt – Batch 11 Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange boiled sweeties and vibrant citrus oil, mellowed by honey and spicy malt warmth.
Palate: Almond and chocolate peanuts, pepper, caramel, pineapple and peach sticking around throughout.
Finish: Buttered bread and lemon zest.
