A single malt from Michel Couvreur, whose whiskies are sent over from Scotland to be matured in cellars in Burgundy using Sherry oak casks. Couvreur was a big believer in oak playing the biggest part in a whisky’s flavour, favouring Sherry oak casks. This expression is well-Sherried indeed, with a lively floral character deeper within – perhaps this is where the “Blossoming” in its name comes from.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
