On the nose, lemon peel and kaffir lime, juniper, lavender, and peppercorn. On the palate, floral and citrus elements are in charge with juniper and peppercorn taking a back seat. The finish is clean and pleasant with floral and orange peel flavors lingering. This is wonderful in a G&T, and perfect on the rocks. Distilled from grain at CH Distillery and bottled by Marz Community Brewing Co.
