Mary Dowling Winter Wheat Bourbon is a bold yet smooth whiskey, crafted with a wheated mash bill (65% corn, 25% wheat, 10% malted barley). On the nose, you’ll find inviting notes of sandalwood, chai spice, and pipe smoke, mixed with hints of cherries and brown sugar. Mary Dowling was the most successful and influential woman distiller in the male-dominated world of pre-Prohibition bourbon, yet no one knows her name.
