Malvern Cello – Berries and Damson is the second expression of Malvern’s liqueurs made with Holywell Malvern spring water. Damsons, bilberries and strawberries are steeped in neutral spirit, as well as being distilled, before the two liquids are blended with a touch of sugar. The result is a very berry liqueur, bursting with flavours of the English countryside! Malvern recommends trying this straight out of the fridge, splashed over ice. Or for a longer serve, try topping with soda water. Delicious!

Malvern Gin reflects the nature of the Malvern Hills and surrounding area. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Malvern Hills have a rich history and are of prominent cultural importance within the UK. At the heart of Malvern Dry Gin is Holywell Malvern Spring Water and the finest botanicals inspired by the Malvern Hills. The quality of the spirit and classic flavour profile has been recognised by spirits judges – awards include a Gold Medal at The Global Gin Masters in 2020 and 89 Points at The London Spirits Competition 2021. We use our Dry Gin as a base for each of our subsequent Malvern Gin variants, each created to have a distinctive character. The delicate floral and fruit notes of Malvern Blush Gin have been recognised with the highest accolade – a Master Medal at The Global Gin Masters in 2021.
