Description
The wine is a unique dry rosé, blending flavors of rhubarb, guava, and strawberries-and-cream from a special single-vineyard source. Crafted from Grenache grapes carefully cultivated for the purpose of making Rosé, sourced from Sweetwater Vineyard in the cool climate of Monterey County. Utilizing the “direct pressing” technique, the wine was then aged for four months in stainless steel.
