Loveday Golden Hour Gin is a spicy, sophomore expression from the Cornwall-based distillery. Crafted by two chefs and a scientist, Ruth, Chloe, and Daisy, Golden Hour Gin is a nod to coastal sunsets spent with friends. Made on their still named Mabel, pink peppercorns and grapefruit are amongst the botanicals included in this blush-coloured gin, with no added sweetening to truly let them shine. We reckon this ought to stand out in a G&T, with a wedge of grapefruit, or in a twist on a Tom Collins.

Distillery Information

A chef, an artist, a scientist and an award-winning distillery on the Cornish coast. The idea of working together to create a distillery had been brewing for some time, and as it happens, the upheaval of lockdown during the summer madness that was 2020 was just what needed to galvanise us into action. The three of us have known each other for god knows how many years, and it’s safe to say our distillery is making thorough good use of our shared knowledge and experience in food preparation, recipe development, food science, alcohol production and design. The goal? To create spirits with a meticulous eye on craftmanship, vibrant, utterly delicious flavours using fresh and foraged ingredients, inspired by the sea and landscape around us. We make our spirits with enjoyment in mind – unhurried, unfussy get-togethers with favourite company and a glass of something darn delicious in hand.
