The peated malt produced at Springbank distillery, this was first distilled in 1973, continued into 1974, then not again until 1987. 1974 has become a legendary vintage for Longrow fans, with delightful notes of tar and seaweed. Bottles from this vintage are incredibly sought after.

Distillery Information
The Springbank distillery is a family-owned single malt whisky distillery on the Kintyre Peninsula in western Scotland. It is owned by J & A Mitchell & Company, who also owns the Glengyle Distillery, the oldest independent bottler, William Cadenheads, and several blended scotch labels.
