Behold, the third batch of Langatun’s Cardeira Cask Finish! The Swiss single malt was distilled in March 2014, and was finished in a a Cardeira red wine cask. Eventually it was bottled at five years old in September 2019, with a limited 404 bottles released at a healthy 49.2% ABV. Best believe there’s red berries galore among the orchard fruit here.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
