It’s the first independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, bottled up by Berry Bros. & Rudd! It was distilled in 2007, and finished in ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks before being vatted together and bottled in 2021. 240 bottles were produced. Always thrilling to see whiskies from newer distilleries bottled up by brill bottlers.
