Rather impressively it’s distilled using only the natural heat of geothermal water, gently bringing all those flavours into the spirit. A delicious gin with a good cause, with 5% of the profit from each bottle sold donated towards nature conservation in Iceland.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
